The non-profit foundation based in Jülich was established in 2014 by Prof. Stefan Palm. Its purpose is to promote art and culture, primarily by supporting young, talented musicians. This support is provided through financial assistance to attend and participate in masterclasses, summer festivals, competitions, concerts, and by offering loans of the foundation’s musical instruments.
